Play with textures to customise your own unique trio of blue ceramic poppies for the garden, like those seen at The Himalayan Garden and Sculpture Park. A small intimate class of 6 to give plenty of 1-1 tuition. No prior experience with clay is needed. After the workshop your poppies will dry out completely before their first firing. I will glaze each in the poppy blue followed by individually piping on the yellow pollen glaze. After firing I will assemble the poppies onto steel rods along with a hand modelled stamen. They'll be ready to collect from the studio within 4-6 weeks of our workshop. Price includes clay, glaze, kiln firings, steel rods, hand modelled stamen and assembly. Tea, coffee and biscuits provided during workshop- very important!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: Please understand I am a small business and cannot offer refunds for cancellations. I will try and find you a space on another workshop instead where possible. If there is someone who can fill your space from the waiting list then I can provide a refund minus the transaction fee I was charged when you paid (2.1%-3.5% depending on payment method). If you paid via BACS I can offer a full refund. Waiting list: If a class is full please email me to be added to the waiting list. I will contact the waiting list if a space becomes available on the workshop. This will be offered on a first come first serve basis. If I have a full waiting list (and extra childcare!) I will look at running an extra class.
